I have not set the scale up yet because I am away for the week.  Shipping was faster than expected.  I had questions when part showed up but the whole scale was not delivered.  I sent an email and quickly got a great response, "ups should deliver the rest tomorrow.".  

I have unpacked the scale it all looks good.  I am betting it will work as it is supposed to or they will make it right.  Stand up outfit in my book.
